Food wasn't bad, soup wasn't hot, sever was terrible. Haven't been there in years was a good place. Won't be going back.

Take out often here. Best Chinese in the area. Unique to this place they offer steamed dishes.

Food ok. Overserving their bar patrons is a norm when they are intoxicated. Seen a couple patrons behind the bar. Daughter got harassed by some perv that was drunk and three times her age when she picked up a take out order.

This food was disgusting the rice tasted as if it sat up for awhile. She would not make it to my specifications. The general tso chicken taste as if they pulled ot out the freezer and deep fried and put sauce on it and called it a day. It was more bread then chicken. And I'm visiting out of town now they wont answer the phone I do not recommend this place

I go here all the time. I have to say service is for dine in or take out is the best. either way I have no idea what others are saying and being so negative. I;m here at least once a week and love it. Dominick Amorosso PS it's the only Chinese restaurant that actually has white American girls answering the phones and taking your orders. Now that's a plus in my book.

Food generally is good. Just had Shrimp with Chinese vegetables. Very tasty. Big juicy shrimp. Also ordered (take out) Hot and Sour Soup. Quite spicy, but quite likeable. Take out has improved under new management. Many less errors. One of my favorites is Moo Goo Gai Pan. It's one dish they don't do well. Weird flavor. I go to Daxxon in Walden for this one. Daxxon also willing to add pineapple. Pine Bush refuses. Rather strange. Almost a deal breaker. But enough other good items here to keep me coming. Overall grade B.

Not great, ordered General Tso’s chicken for takeout and had to throw out 3/4 of it for being undercooked. Dumplings are solid though just pls cook your chicken more

I travel a distance because I love their food especially the spare ribs.Huge disappointment. Small order came with 2 average size ribs barely meaty and other 3 were so small and burnt. After complaining no apology but got a 10%discount.Would have preferred a decent size order of ribs not burnt.

Food is not fresh. Very oily. Was hoping to find a good Chinese place that has fresh Chinese food. This is not it.

we have been going here for take out and dine in for over 15 years , we have never had anything but great food and service. im surprised by the negative comments here we have had nothing but good meals here.

Please don't go, don't waste your money... I went there a few years ago and it was excellent, so a bunch of us went there and this time it wasn't such a good experience. The waitress was very, very rude, and after ordering our food, she would come back and tell us they don't have this, and they dont have that, and we had to change our order like 3 times. And when we got the food, it was horrible. I was told there is a better chinese restaurant down the street. Gonna try the other one next time.

The food is always really hot and fresh I love there food and have no complaints about the staff,they are all nice.

I'm tired of the poor treatment I've received from this average local Chinese restaurant. My take-out order from this neighborhood place is always over $25, and for sit down, usually over $50, yet I regularly feel taken for granted. They recently seated me and my wife too soon before a party was scheduled to arrive, then vacuumed around us during our entree and even moved furniture around us, clearing the floor, leaving us very uncomfortably isolated before our early departure. This week, I placed a usual $25 take-out order and waited. The owner left the store on an errand without instructing staff of my order, so I sat inordinately long as my order chilled. No staff approached me. I saw the owner in the parking lot and expressed my disappointment. He laughed it off. I guess for an average place, he's laughing all the way to the bank. Average Cuisine, Sub-Par Hospitality. Try Pure City.
